you need to do some more work on your anatomy. Try picking up an anatomy book from your local library.

I have to agree with this first of all the elbows are in the wrong placeand it look like you have two of them. The arms are too short. The knee joint is not correct and the feet are too short. Fix these problem and the model will be on its way to a good one.

Overall i think this is a pretty good model, with alot of excellent potential ;) With a bit more work, it could be fantastic.
The clothing and armour is well done, the weapons look good too. But I agree with the other two comments, this guy needs to be ripped. Right now his muscles remind me of mashed potatos. My recommendation would be to have the guy bare chested (well, wearing the armour tho) and put lots of detail into the chest/back muscles. yep time for an anatomy book.
I'd have him wearing some kinda pants or tights, but you still want the "muscle" look, just without the sharp creases. for muslces size, I think an exaggerated muscles size (really bulging) would be good.
Anyways I think that would add ALOT to your model. After that its all texturing..
