Great, now that my computer is fixed and I'm back up and running ill look into finishing my custom ACS rig I was working on.

Hello Pazur, I'm trying to use the Ninja beta rig. I'm having a problem with the schematic view with this rig. It will crash my system if I switch to a schematic window or the conversion process will crash my system if I have a schematic window already open. I have had no problems with the original rigs doing this. Any ideas on what might be going on. I just overwrote the original scripts with the new ACS4B scripts.

System specs: Pentium 4 2.53Ghz.
1 gig of ram
GForce 4 TI4600 128MB
Lightwave ver. 7.5

Aquaman, I've been converting this rig hundreds of times and haven't had single crash like that.
1. Does the rig convert fine without Schematic View option?
2. Does the rig work fine until You open Schematic View?
Also, can anybody else confirm this problem?

Pazur, Yeah the rig will convert fine without the schematic window and I have have no issues with the rig that I can tell. Layout will only crash if I convert while I already have a schematic window open or after I've converted and decide to open up a schematic window. Other than that it seems to work fine. I beleive that there was someone on the Yahoo groups that ran into the same problem as well.

For all of You having problem with Ninja rig crashing in Schematic - turn "Show Plugin Links" off in Display Options under Schematic. I don't know why but this one on makes LW crash in scenes with ninja rig installed...

Triple G: Yeah, I know, I know, I hate that delay myself, I'm really sorry... Fortunately the Mac version that is being ported is ACS4b already and all additional stuff like Ninja rig need very little adjustment to work under Mac.

Thank you Pazur. Turning off the "Show Plugin Links" cured the crashing problem with the schenatic view.

Top stuff. Applied Ninja Rig to my Yoda model, and it's very nice.

usual question, but any news on the quad rig? (sure you get bored of this one!).
