Hi, Guys! This is the 12th artwork. Got idea from story of Jouney to The West. Just take the character Cu Pat Koi and Kwan In God. They celebrate the Chinese New Year near the river. Done about 15 hours. Using Photoshop CS and tablet Genius. No using sketch.

Nice colors! The water appears to not be affected by this large beast...some splashes and ripples would help. I'm not familiar with the stories behind the New Year, maybe its a magic dragon that leaves no splashes. Keep up the good work.
