does anyone know any good sources for some Nuke tutorials?

The best that I have found so far are the Gnomon DVD's by Rob Nederhorst. I am currently working through them. I can imagine they would be difficult to follow if you don't have a background in VFX, or used Nuke before. From what I have seen to this point, it is assumed that you have an understanding of things like premultiplied images, color space etc. May not be beginner friendly. Obviously, Rob knows his stuff and does tremendous work with Nuke. Right now, those discs are the only worthwhile game in town and do cover quite a bit.
