When I hit play on MAYA, my flag start to move with the wind (animation). She is modeled with a nurbs square, transformed into panel and garmet (Cloth), and animated with the turbulence field.

But there is one problem. I textured it and when I hit play, the texture seens to be buged... once the cloth/flag moves she starts to get distorted around. I remmember hearing about this on my 3d class, but I have searched every inch of Maya and there isn't a single option to fix this...

Please help, Its been days and I can't find any help.

I think you need a texture reference object DemolishMan. According to the help though you need to create your reference before the deformation/animation. You could try it after anyway to see if you can get away with it. Just select the flag geometry and go to Texturing>Create Texture Reference Object.
