Title: :: Pyramid Head - High Res Model ::
Name: saad al-areeky
Country: Yemen
Software: 3ds max, CINEMA 4D

I finished the last modifications of the Pyramid Head Model that i designed.

for the ones who doesn't know who is pyramid Head ,,,He's the main monster in the video game (Silent Hill 2)

First modeled with 3D Studio max then i exported it to Cinema4D as it is my main program now ... then i finished modeling with it.

fixed the textures of the Model to make it more realistic.

well, the last thing i added is the stage with lights and the corpse to show the model. and Halo of the sun (The circle drawing) is in the back (SH fans will know what i mean ^^)

used Cinema4D 10 and Advance render to Render the scene.

Hope you like it ^^.

Silent Hill is my favorite horror game too. one of few I like really. I love the way you work it is very professional. the renders are amazing. only one thing, it seems like the walls and floor are too clean and ok. I know you may put it like in silent hill but I ask why you don-t have done like in the game. very nice, you seem one of the designers of the great gameŠ

I think its the scale of the textures, but it makes the guy look toy sized to my eyes.

The character is good, but the scenario is very simple! I guess that light can be more shady!
Good work!!

agreed. nice model but the rest isn't as gr8. am a massive fan of silent hill. a good technique to rmember when making somethign seem menacing scary etc is to have the camera facing up at them not facing down on them. facing down on them makes the character seem smaller and well friendly. having it facing up at them makes them seem bigger and more menacing to the viewer

Yes, the scale is totally off..
Specially the floor tiles are way to big.

Read the comment about camera placement because it's something
that you should try.

Thank you all for your comments ...

sorry if the background isn't good cuz simply i didn't consetrate on modeling it perfectly. i added it as a show for the model. The model of PH is what i consetrated on.

But thank you all ^^.

about the camera thing .. thanx for the tip, it'll help me in my future designs.

Here it is from another camera view:

Holy cow. That is so awesome. The walls and floor are too clean, but other than that, it's perfect.
