Here is a design for a sci-fi mascot. It is a rough version, and doesn't have alot of personality since I drafted it frontally to be more suitable for me to model from in 3d. There is a couple of points in which to keep in mind. 1. That the reason why he has a cartoony gloveon one hand and not the other is the same reason why there is a fluffy rabbits slipper on one foot and not the other. I couldn't decide which one I liked better. 2.The lightblub head also houses a brain in fluid in it which isn't evident in this drawing cause it would be to messy. 3. The lightblub also acts as a display screen and that is where the face comes from. So this stoic expression will be capable of being extremely animated and help with character appeal. 4. I also would like to figure out where I could put a pocket protector/maybe with tools in it on him since there isn't much space. 5. Also I would like to put a refrigerator magnet on him, but can't think of any that would really be odvious its a magnet and not a name/logo espeically since I don't have enough room for the alpha bet ones. 6. Lastly color scheme suggestions. I am partical to a sort green liquidy color for the fluids in the head and an electric blue for the face and incorperate the blue elsewhere in the body, but other than that maybe dirtish metal. So any thoughts on any of these points and general comments like it's too tall etc. please lay them on me. Thanks ahead of time..... :bounce:
