This is my first work that i sent to CG talk.
I have choosen this subject because i like to portrait title`s
And i like to HILARY DUFF.
I`v used to black background because I wanted to egregiuos and visible.
I will be glad to get your opinion.

It looks good :)
Maybe as a way to improve, you could put her in some sort of context, some sort of environment, a romantic scenery or a perilous situation? Just to add a dimension of drama and story-telling, so to speak.

just overall comment : You don't need to paint EVERY hair -focus on emotions, moment, subject ,character ,personality , then colors,light when your portrait begin live its own life then you can always add more details according to free time You've left.

I love the face, and the details in the sweater/shirt. nicely done. The hair must of taken a life time, I only wish that lighting on the head turned the corners of the shape of the head. This in my very humble perception, would have made the hair have more volume, and feel not so flat.

Lovely face! I like her eyelashes. You should try to add more shadows on her hair, otherwise they are great! :thumbsup:
