The major issue with this whole throw seems to pause for a few frames as he goe's to release, and then the javelin flies off-screen, so it's difficult to follow the action through the through the throw.
Fix that part first, and it should be nearly there. The rest of the throw seems fine as far as poses go (maybe the final rest pose might need some work, with a bit more 'ooomph' as he goes into it - kinda stops short), but can't really tell all that well until the pause is fixed.
Good stuff though! Keep at it.

Nice work man!
Take my critique with a pinch of salt cause I'm a noob. Check the angle of the spear when he is in the pause position NeilMarriott mentioned
v/s
the angle of the spear on the next frame when he releases it. When he releases it -its like the angle changes a bit and tip points upward. I might be wrong though.
Cute model:thumbsup:
Inspired by 300?

I think it lacks a bit of weight. I think the top torso should be leaning and twisting over to our left more for the antic. Like his left shoulder should be twisting more forward and to our left. And the whole top torso should be moved a bit more to the left, over his right leg because he looks too off balance for too long at that point. It also looks like his throwing arm isn't trailing/dragging behind enough. I would have it drag at least a bit more behind and release after the leading foot hits the ground. Because right now it looks like a lot of the body's momentum is going to waste, since his arm is shooting ahead of his body and just releasing early. Overall, more torque & twisting, and drag would help with the weight a lot. The ending needs a lot more of this especially. And the head could use some work too.
Depending on how heavy the spear is, you could add some more weight to the action by making the whole body look a bit less straight and rigid in the middle of the throw. So - bending his top torso back more and having it drag a little as well. And then for the end having his body curve over much more. It would look more like the body is whipping the throw forward.
It seems like a lot but it's just that extra little push to get your animation to the next level. It's lookin good so far though!

if u scrub through the animation youll see that the left foot slides as it plants before he throws the spear which i dunno why it would slide, u also need more power behind the throw maybe dip his shoulders/arm lower than u have (overshoot the pose) then u need to make a pose where he comes back up to settle down
o yeah the spear seems like it should be at a lower angle when it flies off right now it seems to translate mostly up once it leaves the guys hand

Thanks guys for the generous comments!
NeilMarriott- Actually i kindof like the little 'pause' there before the release. hehe
I felt it has abit more impact on the throw rather than smooth all the way? but i could b wrong :)
will try out a smooth version
Amit_S- No problem at all, Im still learning so my mind is open to anything :)
yeah...will look into the spear. yupz inspired by 300 :)
Mendes- Thanks! Will be pushing it to the next level!
noobie- well, for the sliding foot itz a mistake on my part as I was working on a couple of static walk cycle before this and gotten used to sliding the foot on the spot :). but will be fixing tt eyesore heh. Oh yeah thanks for letting me know the spear problem as well.
