My problem is an old problem that i've experienced throu the versions of Max. While rotating objects they skews more or less... I cant figure out why it skews. Please help me...

Go to the utilities menu, and Reset Xform on the object that is causing trouble. I usually do a collapse of the object after that, but I don't think that's strictly neccessary.
The problem, er, that is if the Reset thing works, is that your object or some part of it's chain is scaled. Scaling.. is not so good, as it's effects, at least in MAX, can be rather unpredictable. Imo.
I usually end up scaling more or less exclusivly in subobject-mode, because I've gotten too tired of having to Reset Xform a random amount of objects when time comes to animation.

In most cases it is acceptable to just hit the "Reset scale" button on the heirarchy panel, which does not add the XForm modifier to your object's stack. Try that first, and if it doesn't work then use the reset transform utility.
