View Full Version : Heavy banding with painter brushes

In Painter X quite a few of the brushes seem to suffer from heavy banding issues.

Note the following this is the default "Real Flat" "Realbristle brush (had to draw right handed to even get a flat end):

And here with a brush with the "flat" dab type (no realbristle) and an area sample from the mixing palette. The top stroke has boost set to 0% the bottom stroke has boost set to 100% to more clearly show the problem:
