Im getting ready to do my first digital painting and want to make sure the resolution and working dimension is set right.
If creating a psd at 2657 pixels wide and/or 3636 high and 300 DPI is the way to go for A4, then what do you guys all actually work at in the workspace on screen? On my monitor those dimensions fit fully at 25% of the 2657 x 3636. Should I paint at the 25%? Or do I need to zoom all the way into 100% (seems an imense amount of detail would then be needed)?
