This version improves the highlighting so that it is no longer occluded by object edges, and so that it is more tolerant of where the mouse cursor is located. There are still some problems with undo, but I'm working hard on fixing them; those repairs are slated for the next update.

You say ver 1.3....the dl link says 1.2....

It says 1.3 for me! You might have the page cached if you've visited there before. In any case, as long as the file you download is named CleanCut_1_3.zip you'll be alright.
