CGTalk - Rendering Problems

I was rendering this animation (my university work), and strangly some frames are not rendered properly, they look like heavily motion blured (example below). I tried disabling motion blur but it still wouldn't help.

Any idea why this happens?

Does it look different if you use higher samples?
