View Full Version : Lowpoly Character: First one!

Well this is my first attempt at modeling anything with the poly count in mind. It is all done in 3D Studio Max 5.1, and renderded with standard 3 point lighting. I really need to know what you think of the model. I have included these wireframe images for critique. Please be harsh and give an honest opinion. Also i really would appreachate it if someone could point me into the dirsction on how i can rig, and texture him. Sorry if my english is bad because it isn't my first language.

First of all the model looks ok, but you need to get rid of some of the polys in the foot and put them some were else like in the head to get more defenation. U can also turn some edges and remove some more polys in the hands. hope these critiuqe helps you out
