Truth be told its got a solid roald dahl like twisted end.
Story is hard to get right. A job very well done.

The technical stuff will come along with more experience. Its tough
but you`re on the right path.

you`re asking how to improve. I suggest, if you haven`t so already, to
make use of storyboards. It will help a lot with creating the movie
withouth doing all the work. Meaning you can change things and improve
while you are doing the story.

Im sure you know this already, if not, make good use of it. A good
board is your best friend when making shorts.
