Looks like a lot of really cool stuff, but $270 for 5 DVDs? :surprised $50+ per disc seems a bit steep, if you ask me....:hmm:

Its $50 bucks for A-List PS2/X-Box games when they come out or if they are really hot games. So while it is high for the cost a a sigle DVD it is still a pretty good value.

I know wot ya mean TripleG, I'm not exactly rolling in money at the moment. But i look at it this way,
a guy who does excellent work, and who obviously has a vast knowledge of lightwave and a brilliant technique. has took the time to make this stuff, and is willing to share it all. He's put the effort in, so i dont mind shelling out a bit of cash in respect.
I for one am very keen to get hold of this set........and see how the mind of Toddy G works in LW!
..........and yes i will be very poor again....but i'll have plenty to keep me busy!:bounce:

Perhaps it's because Desktop Images is publishing those, and they need to make back much more for overheads than if he published himself by burning his own CDs?
I wish I can afford those, if I have money I'll buy one perhaps (whole set is too much), so for now I am sticking with Lost Pencil
