(Almost) every evening me and Mash can be found at #cgtalk, server: IRC.FREENODE.NET. Sometimes kai joins us too instead of remaining isolated on msn ;)

yeah yeah yeah, I'm not isolated on msn, I have lots of people talking to me on msn and ICQ and AOL, but you manage to get me in there everyonce in a while, I mean really if I neede to talk to you I have a direct route, and with mash I have a direct route, so its only good for more general discussions ;)

There is also a c4d irc channel its #cinema4D on server irc.nexgo.de, I assume thats the german one, its empty right at this very omment (just checked.)

Thanks Third eye, stumbled my way to ircle.com
(I use a mac). And am now totally confused by the whole thing. I did make the program do something. but I still can't really figure out what to do.

Never used Ircle,but the general syntax is something like:
In a server window,type in /server <server addy>(for example irc.nexgo.de)

That should make some stuff happen...
It'll prolly stay there for a while,and then display a MOTD.
After that,you can set your nick (name,whatever you want to call yourself online),
by typing /nick <nickname>.
Then you can join a channel by typing /join #<channel name>(f.ex /join #cinema4d)
