Nice, but in my opinion your brush stroke is way too heavy and too colorful! Try to make the gradients softer by working with larger pencils with lower occupacy. What I don't like at all is the hair that seems to be done quite quickly, it destroys much of the atmosphere the pics would normally have.

Don't know any detailled tutorial, sorry.
The way I do it is always doing tons of layers and using the erazer and smudge tool very much. Try to use some more colors than just two or one. You often only need to go detailled for some parts, for example for the hair covering the shoulder or something, that makes the whole thing looking realisic. Keep an attention to referencematerial as well.
What I furthermore saw are some quite sloppy painted areas, areas that didn't seem to be so much fun for you, for example the dress of the woman on the bottom. Try to work in a continuing quality, if you are not that motivated anymore wait to the next time to go on. The result is what counts, not the time you finished it.
Nice stuff anyway...

Here you go: Painting realistic hair in 15 seconds (http://www.geocities.com/superjeroentje/tut/hair.html).
And I have to agree with cANt, be a bit more modest in using colours. You obviously have talent btw, just need to work a bit on your technique and theory ;)
