I've got UVW_Relax_v1.mcr from Martin Coven, and I can't magage it to work, or maybe I just don't find it. I've already copied it to every directory where other macroscripts existed already, so I think it should load up. Maybe this messes things up. Please give advice. I don't even know how to utilize this script in use (ppl. just telling it's cool.), so some words on this would be also cool. I make my first uv now, but I'm not completely stupid. Ah, yeah for a low poly character.

Does 5.1 update have any advantage on UVW mapping?:bounce:

Macroscripts are placed in one folder, so there is a limit to where you could've placed it. That one folder is /ui/macroscripts.

Placed anywhere else would be incorrect placement :)

Also, macroscripts are scripts that is bound to the interface somehow, ie. a button, or in the quadmenu, or hotkey or whateverhaveyou. This is in the context of ordinary scripts, that either run at startup, or you run manually from the script-editor, or that macroscripts calls.

All this boils down to that you're going to have to go into the Customize menu, and find this Relax UV macroscript. I don't know it specifically, but it ought to be in there somewhere. Likely under a MCoven catagory or somesuch.

Check it out, and when found, drag the macroscript to the toolbar or quadmenu or whatever. Hooray.
