CGTalk - IK setup: Help

I have done 1 or 2 IK setup for human figures before, but they sucks.

Does anyone here have any of theirs to share? Or point to a good tutorial?

I seen and downloaded a Ik setup of a dog a few days ago here, it is impressive, least to me. If I could do a 2 legged one like that will be really nice.

Be sure to work through the character rigging section of the Max tutorials, that'll give you some really good ideas and techniques. You may want to also head over to www.maxtd.com and take a look at the R4 character rigging tutorial. With a little time and patience, and some creativity, you'll get it all figured out!
