I just wanted to say that I'm sorry. I didn't realize that you had already used Sakura for your title. I will change the name of my Shadow, but I don't know if I can change my title. I should have looked at all the entries first.

Lookin good ... yeah, where's her weapons?!? My boy won't be too amused by a little ass-shakin' either ... gotta toughen her up a little!! She's supposed to DOMINATE not STIMULATE!!!
I'd focus on your porportions a bit more before you get too deep into the details of the costume. Her arms are a bit off one way or the other. Looks like you were going for some perspective, but I dunno. She's got a good look though, keep building on her, don't stop, don't ever stop!! :)

Ah yeah ... lookin good! Nice improvement over the first. Legs could use some adjustment. I know your measurements are spot on for 8 heads tall, but sometimes you gotta fudge to get that sexy look ... what do you think about this???

Looking Sexy..yeah....Lethal?..well i think pose will help too...(i kinda feel that the model sheet before last one is showing more powerfull (athletic/ready for battle)...IMHO :)

I'm really banking on her pose and facial expression to convey her power, but I know what you guys are saying and I really appreciate the feedback. I will add the rest of her costume and armor and then play around some more with her proportions to see if I can toughen her up a bit. Thanks again.

Forgot to bring home my wacom pen again, so I decided to pencil out the details of her lower body. I hope to add them to the model sheet tomorrow.

Eggcellent. If you notice when the arms are lowered it really squares off the shoulders which lends itself to a bit more manly shoulder shape. To keep with the soft sexiness of a woman I'd lengthen her neck a little and raise the head. I kinda half-assed it on the right, but it should help give an idea of what I mean. It really lengthens her silhouette and makes her a little more attractive too ... (I'd ignore the mathematical porportions once you've gotten this far, and start to take the liberties needed to make her look the best)!!
I know you could potentially help this matter once rigged by dropping the shoulders, but you might run into issues of the underarm bunching up too much, or the upper breasts being pulled down .... so, might as well address that in the first place, right??

hey buddy it looks pretty decent so far... I can really comment more on the face after seeing the wires.. I will say that the nose needs to be defined a lot more.. its sharp on the top side and comes down blunt on the bottom.. also u can work on the jaw line of the character and make it promient... good stuff.. waiting to see more...

Nice progress. I would watch the hairline. With it pulled back into that bun it would leave her natural hairline showing, which should be a little more rounded (not the sharp Eddie Munster point). Also, she is missing her eyelids! Extrude those out and drop back the eyeball iteself, and you should be looking good there. Maybe raise her nostrils a little. She kinda has that face Heidi Klum makes when she forces her nostrils down to try and make her lips look puffier. (Maybe thats not such a bad thing after all though! :)

hey bud, this is coming along nicely, but time to sahke off those nasty red bumps and crank all night.... NO SLEEP TILL BROOKLYN!

few crits:
- front of cheecks seem to be overly puffy, which appears to be going past where your nose intersects into the face, so i'd start by bringing those back or pushign the nose are forward. It appears you might have cheecks made for smiling, though she's not which makes it appear off. (btw, if you can give a front and side shot of the head, its easier to see where to correct on some issues)
-i'd pull your nostrils in more to the nose.. making it less wide and a tad more sexy.
-i agree with all of deja's crits, lips esp, fill out, if your gonna use your smoothing groups to define the ips, define each lip, this way there is the main crease, which will help keep it form shading weirdly... and one you have that one and define the lips with one more loop... i bet you can take of the bounding sharp edge.
-probably gonna bring the top of the shirt down more. in the concept you have these nice big full breast and the model seems to have the shirt high and really pushign them in.
- nose might be a tad long (again where the profile will help crit on)
- when dealing with that hair (along with cloth and fat) though its stylied, try and remember the way gravity and weight affect things and will pull things down.

alot of little tid bits but its comin along man, once ya get the base, tweaking is the fun part :) keep rockin man, glad to see you crankin stuff.

I tried to get in as many of the suggestions from the critiques as I could and roughed out the arms and torso. Hoping to finish the base body soon so I can do some serious tweaking this weekend. Here is a render with a front, side and wire to hopefuly make it easier for future crits. Thanks again to all for the help so far.

i like alot of the addjustments DejaVooDoo did.. maybe bring the boobs down more.. but keep them just as busty, since his' looks a tad more like a young girl and your concepts has more of an older woman feel.

Hey man, glad to see your makin some good progress. Few crits.

-I'd ditch the bell y button modeling in.. just wasted polys, try and spend you polys on the silouhette.

-Your hair pens seem pretty high too (though you have 6k) i'd just try and make sur ethey're as optamized with still keeping the shape.

-hands seem small, and forearms seem very long.

-stomach seems weird, mabe just too defined. (when smoothed)

-you need to turn an edge aroudn the brow/nose area.. right now its giving you a crease running up the forehead.

comin together man, keep cranking (lack of sleep does wonders for the portfolio)

Good job man! She came a long way from the last post, alot prettier too! Glad to see you were able to finish this! Hope you go back and fix those small things just for your own port... no need to leave out littel things your displeased with :)

Nice pose too, Find your pattern on the base a bit distracting.. doesn't feel like it flows with the character style.

Now you got all the tech down for your next character... GO! :) Congrats on finishing man... a fine piece to start the new port!

Yeah, after this I'd tweak very small things like cutting a few more edges into the straps hanging to smooth them out a bit. Other than minor things, put her to bed man, good job!!

Reminds me of the style of Silverfall and Jade Empire.
I like it! But i have to agree with the Cannon ...
a lil bit more structure in the texture would be good.

Thanks for the feeback guys. I definitely want to add to the weapon texture and the body normal maps before I put her in my portfolio. Would have be nice have gotten it in for the contest. Thanks again.
