Is there a way when importing models (from an .mb file) to see a listing of all objects in the scene and then just import the ones you want. Now on Import it just imports everything.

You can export selection to the objects you want to import in another scene.

Is that sentence legal?

Lets try again.
Just select all the objects you want in your other scene.
export selection, name it what you want.
Open your scene you want them in, the import the file.

Thats how I do it.

right, thats what i was doing.
just curious if there wasn't a way to do it the other way round. thx rudity.
