Title: Beggar Queen
Name: Mike Krome
Country: United Kingdom
Software: Photoshop

So she who was a beggar Is a beggar now no more; Her past is gone, her love lives on In bliss forevermore. A bride she is, a queen she'll be At her beloved's side Upon the throne, and his alone She'll evermore abide. And thus our tale comes to a close (Though it lives ever on) And t hese words penned, and this song sung Fade from the stage anon. Yet as their echo fainter rings And silence fills your heart The Prince within His chamber waits; Oh, servant, play thy part.

An illustrative piece for nobody in particular, but something I've been working on for a great deal longer than I care to remember. A work of photoshop CS, Waccom, a helluva lot of time and effort and more heartfelt emotion than a collection of pixels can tell you. I won't outdo this one for a great while...perhaps never, and I'm glad it's over.
Enjoy...and comments most welcome.

at your name yet. I read your words below and went back to explore. I must say this is a visual feast of detail, Beautiful and lots to look at in there. The thing that struck me right off was the back of the woman almost looks cartoony compared to the rest. Really like it overall and the colors on the columns are something. I can certainly understand being glad its done, Tons of work in this. Good job ! Going back to explore some more, thanks for posting it.

Hey Mike. It is a good job, tons of detail, I can't even begain to imagine how long this took.
My only crit'. is the side of her body in front of her left arm, looks strange I do not think it wound be visible that much. 'Sides that, good stuff. ( Can't wait to see what you do next)

Well I can't understand why this piece has got only 3 stars.
It's incredible the quantity of well done details. Yes, I think there are few troubles too (with her anatomy as example) but the perfect image doesn't exhist so...you got my 5*
