View Full Version : Blendshape problems

I have a run into a problem with using blend shapes with maya. I want to be able to control the blend shapes for the eyes and the mouth separately so i can create different combinations using both, but have no idea on how to do so. I know how to do the mouth morphs but don't know how to morph the eyes with out it affecting the mouth area on the same face. I'm guessing you can separate the eye and mouth from the face, create the blend shapes for both and then reconnect them so that they so you can move one without the other. any tips or websites would greatly help me out. Thanks

Make sure the Deformation Order (in Advanced) is set to Parallel

that should do it
