VERY GOOD. My only concern is that the face looks less fetailed compared to the body.
Besides that it's an excellent model.

Very nice mood:love: and lightning.
Maybe her fingers could use more details (bump map should be enough), but that's minor thing ;)

I can only say that you have to add more detail to the finger...
all the rest is OK!

I think it looks good, I like the style!...
I just think you should add a texture and maybe a specular map to the skin, because it looks like super-smooth baby skin, as apposed to voluptuous goth-girl skin :D
Psst... I also agree about the naval, improve that belly button!

Excellent work Werner! ( I guessing this is the same Werner that frequents 3dtotal.com.) You've posted up some decent work in the past as well. I like how you have a nice blend of slightly more realism in the face than the body. Superb facial modeling! The lighting is great also. You placed a nice sharp back/rim light on her left shoulder and softer accent rim on her left. I don't see that too often. Smart lighting. Other forum members have suggested that you make the rest of the body as detailed as the head. Your work could pass as complete at the stylized stage you have shown us. If you were going to add more detail I would agree that the fingers probably need more shaping (hard to tell w/ the lighting). With a woman so thin, there usually is a bony protrusion on the inside of the elbow, the medial epicondyle of the humerus. The lateral epicondyle shows a bit too. Also, the clavicles would be more pronounced at the shoulders on top of the deltoids and across all the way to the pit of the neck. I like how you gave a pronounced sternocleidomastoid but you may want to stress it even more. It's really sharp in thin women. I know I give large crits but I only want the best for my fellow 3d/forum members. Keep up the good work!

Just to repeat what everyone else has been saying - Excellent stuff!
Really nice image! Except for what has already mentioned, I think she could also use a bit of head shrinkage. Side-by-side I think you can place 3 heads across the shoulders of the average human. Yours looks like 2 heads wide.
I edited the image a bit in photoshop to show you what I'm talking about (see attached).

Thank you so much for all the helpful replies. I will look into all the suggestions, and repost soon.
I don't want her to look too much like a super realistic model...think I went overboard on her face already. I want a more comic, stylized look.
Kirt: the perspective view make the head look to big. In modeler the proportions are correct.
as for the skin...the secular maps got a bit washed out in the light. I'll make them a bit more visible...thanks for that one!
oh, the hand will have more detail soon as well
thanks again for all the replies.

Great looking close up! As a suggestion you might want to try a couple of skin blemishes or freckles to break things up a bit.

I'd leave it as is and submit it to the gallery.
Absolutely stunning, i love the lighting!
She is one hot looking goth girl.
I was just wondering, seeing this as a semi realistic goth girl, i love, really love the size of her head. Especially with the lighting that accentuates it. Its not too big to make it look weird, but just big enough to make it look really special and definitely the eyecatcher of the pic (of course with heads, that usually is the case, but in this case just a bit more)
Love it!

Hi Werner
Out of personal taste, I think I prefered your previous render - I thought goths were supposed to look more gaunt and white faced than this? Just an opinion
