First sketch....He will be a assassin-spy creature, so it has to be skiny, rapid,etc....thats the first sketch, and some color test,no face yet..hehehe, later I will do accesories and changes....critics are very well apreciated...thanx

Well, I suck at concept, but i think thatīs the final one, I gave him a litle sci-fi look.
The story behind it is: These soldiers are specially trained to spy, infiltrate..., so they have to be quick and mortal.They come from an ancient specime who altrough the years was being genetic modificated to being more quick, resistent and mortal...they are build to kill in silence.
well thatīs it.....the head Im still sketchin....but for now I will became the modelling process.....please critics are very welcomed

Looks like a good chance to show off your anatomy skills, but I think he needs more gear and accessories to give him an interesting silhouette. Does he have a weapon as well?

He feels like early war of the worlds alien, I agree with Scotcho in that he needs a weapon. Maybe you could go along the same style that you have and research some ray guns and give him a cool looking ray gun from back in the day... I think that would help pull the piece together quite a bit.

He reminds me slightly of the people eater in Pans Labyrinth.
I agree with the 2 other fellows that a weapon of some sort is needed.
He would possibly look cool using some sort of retractable polearm.
A polearm would give him a huge reach advantage in combat and having the ability to be retracted would make it compact for stealth and traveling purposes.
Just an idea....
Ray guns are cool to, maybe something like the guns from mars attacks? lol

Hey guys thanx for the replys...and I agree with you, I will begin sketch some weapon and accessories to him, like belt and etc...but Iīve started to model process, but I will let some space to the accessories.

Well guys, I made a drastically change, I want to make some freaky muscular alien, a soldier who goes to war only for the pleasure for death...so i did another concept, which by the way will be the last one, some things will change during the modeling process, like the armour and the gun, but this will be the base, he i some kind of ancient habitant of a swamp like planet whose habitants are very fearless warriors, so when they know the war begins they took yours weapons and go to the first line in the war.....well thatīs it...now let me go to the model...quick!hehe

well, mapping seems to be good. meaby you could work more on the legs.
are you planning to use normal mapping?

Thanx for the reply medunecer...I agrre with you really need some more detail in legs, about the nmap it is using already, but I have to change some things in ps to look better....hereīs the final texture by now....started to rig already and modeling the gun...thanx for viewing...and C&C are very welcomed.

Well, maybe Im a little antecipated, but I think I cant work on this character more...so Iīve finished it...I know there things that could be improved, but this a very self learning competition to me....so good luck to all and thanx for the replys.
