HI, i would like to ask how to do an explosion Fx using 3D max.
And is there any websites of such tutorials to recommend? And where can i download such plug-ins?

could always try hitting F1 and typing in 'fireball' into a help keyword search...

depends on what kind of explosion i guess. try pbomb's among other things. as well as f1, the search tool on this website.
