Not at present I'm afraid. Has to be done as a post process.

Well, as he did you can make objects that emit light into the scene, but Modo doesn't render post-process camera glow (bloom).
Yes, that right Novakog.
But you can crank up the luminous values of a surface with GI turned on, this gives it a slight glow effect.
Btw, you should set the luminous surface diffusion to 0, so as to save your render time.
