Great reel... Very rhythmical music.
It´s very fast so you must watch it
a few times to get all of the stuff.
But I like your fast and dymanic

The only thing that bothered me is the "blinking" to the drum beat. It was very distracting for me (especially with sound off) since I really wanted to see more of the work. Everything else is beautiful. :applause:

well it's a great reel!

but I think it was cut too fast to follow and the black "flashes" for the drums - I'd almost say they were annoying.
Also it was hard to distinguish film stuff - photography and the things that were cg since you didn't have the time to read what is what at the bottom of the page - cause you're afraid you miss something from the footage.

In this case I'd say slower would've been better. It feels as if you're trying to hide errors with the speed of the cuts - but there are no errors to hide - so cut it slower :)

Thanks! Yep I though about those flash. As I wrote I tried to give a certain rythm, a fast one. :) And since it's only 1min and 18sec, you can easely watch it over and over (well that's what I intended to do. I hope you did watch it again :p

It's more like an overview of me than a a technical demoreel. I don't know if you saw my website, but that's why I placed this demoreel in the front page. It represents me in less than 1 min and a half. :o)
I made it as simple and quick as possible so that people can watch it again and yet still be captivated by it :o)

thats one impressive demo reel, intense action all around. you're practically asking for people to rewind and check out each clip again. really nice.

i also found the blinking quite desturbing though. especially at the superman scene. i think it could've done without it.

but still, really inspiring work :thumbsup:

OMFG!! That's an insanly AWESOME cut! I F-ing LOVE the drum-synched blinking! it gives the reel a more powerful impact on the viewer. And the music..BEAUTIFUL!! Sounds like that typical chinese music you hear in full-length anime such as Akira.

I really like the use of Post Effects in the reel, looks like there´s
alot of Frischluft (or something like that) in it.

Also liked the plane landing alot, especially when realizing that
the sea isn´t moving at all - shot works really nice anyway...

Loads of inspiring ideas for efficiency and style squeezed in that reel.
