Wow. Looks like I'm the first one starting a Dominance War WIP thread.

This week will be entirely devoted to concepts. The next two will be high-poly modeling, the two after that will be low-poly (got to get them normals perfect!), and the last two will be texture painting. That last one will probably go into the last week of the contest, though, since I currently don't have much experience with large textures. ;)

Heavyness says that we shouldn't start these threads yet, though, so this one's going to be closed or moved right quick. I'm only going to update this if it gets moved. Oops.

jk... not your fault.

either you'll have to make a new thread in the new forum, or i'll just move this/rename it for you. either way, DON'T sign up on the DMII site and give them this url. i checked and tested it last night, if i move a thread within CGTalk, the url changes [and your url can't change for the DMII].

i'm still waiting to see if we're getting are own forum or not. we should know before Feb 7th...
