Hello everyone!..i'm Alok Joshi..a 19 yer'old student from mumbai(INDIA)..
This is my first Animation reel....I've tried some transformation from car 2 robot...it's still work in progress kinda stuff...so please feel free to criticise.
Characters modelled & rigged by me : Pinkey(Small juggler),Casey(Eyeball guy),Pigtoe(yellow transformer robot), McLeren Transformer, Ostrobot(ostrich like Robot).

Free characters used: Packageman,Alfred, bony guy,IKJane,RobotScorpion...these rigs belong to their respective riggers..

I think on the whole its good but you may want to shorten the reel considerably.

Pretty cool! I say the last half of stuff on ur reel was the strongest, where you change ur music, with the exception of maybe one or two animations on the first half. Anyway 19 years old huh? damn imagine what your gonna be doing when ur 24,28, so on! ;)

^ Yea I agree, the second half is way better! This seems more like a collection of all your works, rather than something you'd send out for work. I would definitely cut it a minute shorter at least and only show your best work. For example, sliding on the banana peel.. that piece doesn't show off your skills as much as some of the transformer ones. Anyway, nice work overall, lookin forward to more in the future! Cheers

Thanx 4 stopping by Mr. Don...My reel is still like a work in progress..I'm gonna replace all those boxes from that CarTransformer with more detailed robot..
I'm worried about my acting talents,..I've animated only 2 Dialouges  yet..i'm still working on it....

Hey man some good stuff, i agree with cutting down the length, 30-45 Sec's of your best stuff would be a better way to go for a show reel i think! i know what you mean with Dialog tho, "an animators work is never finished haha...just taken away" as one of my Mentors told me. Keep at it man ;)

Thanx 4 watchin OZ..I hav modified my reel (reduced duration with new anims) & i'm gonna upload it it few days.. ..I saw ur Anim too..great job, but i think the tail of that character shd mov more smoothly...the perfection is just few tweaks of graphs away...
