hi all
i have opensuse 10.2
when i go to the customer Portal
( http://www.softimage.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/customerPortal/Default.aspx )
and enter this request code

(this is example from softimage site)

the site write me the next message
"Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length"

anyone know why?
