Hello
I was doing an abandoned hospital scene. It is a terrible scene.
First I find a reference to the hospital photograph in the following.

Your picture links appear to be broken, which is too bad, because "abandoned" and "hospital" together sounds great :D

Well, the geometry isn't too bad, but the textures definitely need some work.

The best thing to do when starting a project is to gather lots of reference and study it closely. Some really good abandoned building references can be found here: http://www.abandoned-places.com/

Your main problem right now is a rather odd colour arrangement, and not studying your references. It looks as though you have just grabbed random colours, made a few strokes, then repeated with another colour. You should check out this great tutorial: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=373024

Good luck :)

Yeah synth is right on with the textures. But the lighting is also seriously lacking. I think that you should mess around with some different lighting setups to get something like you would see in Doom 3. Maybe some reds and yellows wouldnt be bad, or you could go with a Silent Hill theme and just do dank and wet with the overhead lights on just a bit to create a path down the hall.

Great so far on the modeling. It looks really good and has alot of promise. Keep it coming and you'll have a good peice in no time flat.

It looks like you have enough geometry to tile your textures, particularly on the floor. You could make the texture of the floor fewer tiles, and repeat them every other polygon or so.

Floors can be a little tricky since you want to give them enough resolution to make them look sharp when you're looking straight down, but not let them tile so much that you make the floor repeat a dozen times down the hall.

You could also tile the walls, by repeating the texture every other doorway or so, rather than trying to make the entire hall one texture. It will make the resolution much sharper.
