I like the image wild but I think the colours are to muddy and gray. So it doesn't pop enough. I think you have to make her hair taller too, because to me it looks like her skull has been cropped.

I like the image rabid too (hehe) nice technique, specially dig her cheekbone-forefront area, where you can see the paint doubts and the different colors wich added gave the area color (mmm, I can explain better in spanish i think).
IŽd make her right eye slighty smaller (96%) and the mouth less wide, but those are personal preferences and would be a different characterŽs portrait.

Me also think the hair should be higher, and more contrast to the diadem jewelry, for a better metal look.

But the warm, desaturated earth and dark blues colors are a good palette choose, and definitively belong to your painting style.

Gamoron and Pancreas...thanks for the crits. I've posting an update. Hopefully, most of the anatomy is taken care of. I still need to work more on the costume/jewelry. I'm actually sort of surprised that you guys think the palette is muddy. I was trying to use much more saturated colors...I guess I'm still being too timid with the coloring. Any tips on that would be appreciated.:wip:

Hey wild. Nice job. I think its an improvement. Those eyes are pretty crazy. I'm not sure you were going for it but it looks like to me that she's doing one of those far off stares. Inwardly if you know what I mean. Like she found that key and its reminding her of something...

P.S. You need a freakin Bio on your webpage!:D

Thanx for the c&c:D My webpage is ultra temporary at the moment...when I have enough finished work, I'll be sure to update it and put a bio in there. Thanx again:beer:
