Hi.

I present ma latest work (made to mini game-art chellenge here (http://www.max3d.pl/forum/showthread.php?t=33849)).
This model at last have about 5500 trinages and have 1024x1024px map for diffuse, bump and alpha (for the body), and a 1024x1024 map for diffuse, bum and alpha (for the rest of things).

I agree. The mouth is a little cavernous and he looks to be missing his lips.

That's scary and disturbing. I love it! It looks like some kind of crazy anime style, so I don't think the missing lips are all that big a deal, especially on a male character. Infact, I think if you tried to add lips to it, it might confuse it a bit.

2 crits:

1) missing spec map. I would have thought the insides of the mouth and his gaping eyeballs would be ample opportunity for your skills to shine (pun intended).

2) Pose him in a more natural position. The second shot with him holding his goggles, his right arm looks pretty unnatural. So does the hand that's holding the goggles. It might help for you to model your next char with his palms facing inwards, towards his legs, rather than the forward/backwards setup you have atm.

Keep up the cool work. Love it so far :D

isn't the bump map wrong around the knee area? peak should be bright and valleys should be dark, but it seems to be inverted -> you turned the diffuse map into a bump map by gray-scaling it, huh? (I write about the part of texture just under the belly)

just a question, not a criticism

Thanks fore answering and all cririques.
Yes this model hasnt no lips - so was the concept.
And yes the bump pam was made by converting the color map into grey scale.
there are some mistakes in painting - it was all ended at night maybe this deshalb.
The battle has ended and it was a good ending :D
