I've experienced some problems with copying set driven keys. Sometimes I got geometry that had no defualt shader ( transparent ) but all you really have to do is go into your Duplicate Options and set 'Duplicate Upstream Graph' then if your trying to mirror the Left hand to the Right side just set the scale to -1. after duplication. As far as coping just the keys to another modeled hand....I havent tried that yet.

Someone might have another method but this is what Ive used in the past.

i've managed to copy the driven curves from one hand to the other (using the graph editor). It's still a fairly long process, but i am probably not doing it in the most efficient way. One thing i did find was that you have to have at least one driven key set on the object you want to copy the curve to first.

you could alwasy just grab the commands from the script editor, change the names, & apply them again..

hi all,

doing it using mel is always fun, but for such things, i export selected, import it in the same file (as a group), scale -1, and ungroup.
