Can hair have two origin points? lets say i want hydraulic tubes done by HAIR and when the robot's arm bends, i want it the hair bending on two origin points...
is that possible or is a long shot and i should do it with polygonal geometry?

Not HAIR itself (without going into Xpresso), but you can use spline dynamics which is part of HAIR for this, look under the HAIR tags, you would "Fix" both end points and then let the dynamics do the rest.

for hydraulics I'd use geometry and constraints personally. Theres actually a piston tutorial on Cinversity thats perfect for hydraulic setups. Its in the constraint tutorial series.
