That´s once of the nicest PFlow involving reel i´ve see in a while!

You should explain a little about the first shot and how it was done (the tree growth).


Pretty well knowledge about mattes as well!

I´m not much into the popart style but i think its great too :D

feldy - Point taken, but I figured the once I broke down were the most interesting for that kind of thing.

tariqtaha - Almost every shot has info under the Reel. But I mainly use Max, Maya, After effects and Photoshop.

PsychoSilence - thanks! Coming from you means a lot. Love your work! I know what you mean though. wasnt sure I should have put those scenes in there but somehow they lurked their way in there. :) Might replace that scene when I make some new stuff.

Stumbled upon the link in the pflow forum and I must say it's a great reel you have there !

And is it just me or is there something odd in the scene with the weird mouth ?

Aldarion - Hey, Thanks. I know that comp is a bit washy but If you mean weird as in:
-That dude looks pretty comfortable even though his jaw is hanging out.

The reason for that is that the original clip with the guy is for something completly different. I just added all the stuff as an exercise for myself.

Yeah I was talking about the composition..it's the colours or something that give it an unreal look, even to that real part of it. But the reel is still really cool. And after reading Psycho's post, I checked the blog & band...You're GOOD. Keep up the great work.

Ac0rN - Im sort of a generalist so Iv'e done pretty much everything on the reel. Some designstuff was made by a coworker. (like the bird in the end, I did the animation on that) Otherwise its mostly me :)
eggsrgood - yeah the music is great! there are some pretty good remixes of it aswell.

Does anybody know about any good mirror sites for my reel? Cause my connection is getting slow. :)

I've learnt the things I know by myself, through forums like this one and people like Allan Mckay (http://www.allanmckay.com/index.htm), Pete Draper (http://www.xenomorphic.co.uk/education.htm), Stu Maschwitz (http://prolost.blogspot.com/index.html). There are so much knowledge around places like these. You just have to be a sponge! :)

Jelmer - Im gonna put the first scenes file on the pflow forum as soon as I get back to the office but basicly I just cut up the logo, Scripted the blocks into Pflow and used a scale and go to rotation (triggered by a deflector) to make the animation. Galagast wrote THIS (http://www.orbaz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=326&highlight=fragment) over at orbaz. Also Allan mckay have great tutorials on these things.

tilite - you are way too kind. Me and my brother do make music but we both do other stuff we like aswell. I love visual effects so thats what I work with. :)
