View Full Version : More car test renders(When I should be modeling more.LOL)

Just doing some test renders to check out smoothing and stuff.

This a all~original design,no referances were used or harmed in the making of this model. :thumbsup:


I'm on to the details this week and hopefully a really cool and original interior design.
The larger file sizes look better and and the 'graining' you see is from compression.
The glass is not finished of course but you wouldnt want to see the floor would you?:hmm:
Any thoughts on further desin enhancements or refinements will be considered.

these shaders are ruining your model wgreenlee

judging by your avatar the shape is pretty cool...a custom design?

they arent bad. but if you'd like to go the 'other way' you can make these cars look like 'mad max, post holocaust' stuff. that's not a derogatory suggestion, btw. :)

I agree with LNT, it seems that often the more shaders you apply, the more CG your image becomes

it looks a lot better without that wild reflection stuff,thanks :thumbsup:

I really like the design of the front ,perhaps you could make cotrasting break to the generally oval shape somewhere around the middle (door to rear area)

it all depends on how far you're into modeling it,I know I get pretty tired of modeling a caras soon as I pass 50%
