Uh baby what a nice dragon! maybe you should put more structure into the colors. under the color layer you have wonderfull skin structure, but the color is more then less a simple color fade. I hope you can understand what i mean.

Quite nice! I think they eyes and ears could use a bit more work, but really fun and interesting design!

blacker - what do you think should be improved in these areas?

the big horn could/should be optimised alot. I'd say you could to that with the half of the polys and it still would look as good as now

sweet! great model and I love the textures. I agree with PeterZbinden about optimizing the horn a lot. But I think it's not that important because this is more art piece than actual gamemodel! Great job!

If you have time I'd like to see the whole dragon with body, wings and stuff :)

Well, I think you could make the eye more reptilian by looking at reference material of snakes or lizards. The ears seem like they're really thick when really they'd probably be thinner membranes. They just look too thick and rounded. This is just opinion of course, but with the way you've built the structure of the ear, it's very similar to a bat's wing.

* sigh *

Again with the no reference credit. Not necessarily you, I don't remember who did the other blue dragon

This dragon is modeled after the Blue Dragon in Dungeons and Dragons RPG. You really ought to mention that in your thread.

I immediately recognized this as that blue dragon from d&d. Nice model & texture, although I think there's a bit too much black in it. I think you should have posted this in the 3d forum though, it's not really game art..
