it a nice modelling job, but the balrog in the film ( if thats what your aiming for ) had no human element to it all, remove the nose and just add nostrils similar ot that of skull or reptile :)

there was another guy modeling a balrog wasn't he?
I think he's finished by now (haven't seen his thread recently), maybe you can go there for some inspiration/tips

Yes, there is. I saw his balrog, and i decided to model mine.
I'm not re-modeling the balrog from the movie. I trying to make my own. Movie balrog had a monster look. I trying to make him evil, not monster.

Your char is really cool... maybe its better you drop the 'balrog' lookalike and go for a unique modeling...
looks like a marvel hero..dr doom ? dunno...
I like it.. Do a GI scene for a better show.. :)

Looking good but that 'ribcbage ridge' on the torso (or whatever it is) looks a bit odd, i'd revise the shape of that to be more anatomically accurate.

Body still needs more work, but i will not give him a real human anatomy. And what do you mean 'ribcbage ridge' ? Sorry, but my English sucks. 1st or 2nd? (See attached picture)
Thanks.

Snakeman-> You're right. I'm not happy with mouth. He looks like he is smiling.
Little update. Arms and belly need more work. And i will add more detail to neck after merging halves.
