CGTalk - weird xsi 6 timing issue

I have a scene that im rendering seperate passes using xsi5 and 6 that will be finally composited...the problem is when im compositing the passes..there is a timing difference (offset) between the xsi 5 pass and the xsi 6 pass.

Is there something im missing here?
