View Full Version : Highpoly cartoon rat
Cronium 02-23-2003, 01:16 AM This is the maincharacter in an animated short (Pixar style) that I do for a school project. He is rigged and he has functional facemorph. Only texturing left... :)
Tell me what you think, i´m all open for constructive critique!

It's a nice model. The arms a little boxy, you may try to round them out some.

Ah looking good! ;) No critisism though.
Can't wait for an animated sequence and the texture ;)
Is he going to have FUR or textured fur?

Teyon: I´m sorry it´s to late now because i´ve already made morphtargets for the face. I did have to copy the whole body in order to use morph and it´s my first character so i didn´t think of making references instead of copies... Is there any way i can change all my copies without having them as references? And can i morph a specific area so i don´t have to make 20 copies of the whole model?
CgMonkey: He´s going to have fur with Shag:Hair. I´m glad that you like him :)

I believe you can cut the head off, and make the blends for just it, then reattach later. Try it, and see if it works.
