I'm not too sure about the air conditioners though. They surely add to the ambient but they make no sense at all, they are expensive down here in latin america so you can rarely find them in a shantytown. The texture also needs some work here and there (that blue barrel looks too clean and saturated for example). Oh and last but not least get a more detailed rooftop. Those satellite dishes are not common in a shantytown... you'd better go for some antenna clusters.
