Hi ;)

Just a question. I´m modelling with NURB surfaces but now, I have a very big problem that is making me crazy. I´m 2 surfaces in front to other.

I need to respect the tangency... but If I take one and the piece of the front occurs this:

How can I correct It ? Any Ideas are welcome. I need that because with a render with bright it looks strange if it is not tangent...

thanks

while I'm nt a nurbs modeling expert, from the pics I'd say that the problem lies in the fact that your isoparms are not the same on both surfaces. Try rebuilding the surfaces to get matching isoparms.

what were you trying to do ? it looks like you tried to attach the two surfaces

you can use the square tool which takes care of tangency and you don't need to attach your surfaces to get tangency

on the other hand - if you want to attach the two surfaces you have to be aware of surface parameterization - there's a chapter in the manual on "Curve and surface parameterization" (nurbs->beyond the basics->Curve and surface parameterization)
