Zoic Studios and Eden FX Win at 1st Annual VES Awards!
The good folks at Zoic and at Eden FX took home awards last night, 2/21/03, at the 1st Annual Visual Effects Society Awards.
Best Visual Effects in a Television Series went to Firefly's pilot, Serenity - Emile Edwin Smith, Rocco Passionino, Loni Peristere, Kirsten Branen. LightWave crew on the show were: Emile Edwin Smith, Lee Stringer, Kyle Toucher, Terry Naas, Jarrod Davis, Aram Granger, Kevin Quattro, Bryan Whitaker.

Best Models and Miniatures in a Televised Program, Music Video, or Commercial went to Star Trek: Enterprise , episode Dead Stop - John Teska, Koji Kuramura, Pierre Drolet, Sean Scott.
