Alright, the mesh looks smooth, but it seems as if you missed the nail on several other parts of the model.
1. The most noticeable flaw in the model is the face itself. You say that it is supposed to be a female, but if you hadn't actually said that it was, I would have thought it was a guy.To fixe this I'd suggest that you change the eyes so that they're are perhaps a bit larger?
Decreasing the size of the nose wouldn't hurt either, especially the bridge. Currently, it just seems wide ennough to be masculine.
The mouth is okay, but once again, the way it is shaped gives the character the impression of being a male instead of a female. Since everyone looks different, I can't give any crits on it, since anything change could make it better or worse. So edit the mouth at your own discretion.
2. Next are the ears. They're nicely formed and all, but the bottom part of them needs to be brought up quite a bit. The lines are just too . . . sharp, and the opening leading into the drum far too wide.
3. Lastly is the neck. Great work there yet again, but too wide and muscular to be a woman.

I know the problems of face but i can not fix them.Becouse of my references. This woman is not beautiful and has a mascular face.
But ears is not good enough, cos i hate doing ears.Ears are modelled before and ý used them on this model. It was my first ear model.
Next time i'll post references too.
I don't know why,no one wants to crit my threads so thanks a lot for crit my wip.

maybe you can post your reference pic and a wireframe as well.. that way its always easier to point out the areas that might need fixing...

:) That's good, modeling a head so that somebody really recognizes it!
I thought it was her because of the side view. It's pretty god. But the front view doesn't look perfectly like her at the moment. Maybe you shuld look for a front view reference...
She's a good actress btw ;)

I have 2 different front pics.In the first of the pics her lips are thick than other and face is not mascular,in second pic lips are not thich but face looks mascular so i mixed them.I used mascular head and thick lips.
