brenly 01-24-2007, 11:28 PM Id like to hear peoples experiences with exporting to Maya. What format do you use and how stable is the exporting and importing process. Does UV/texturing information come accross?

Exporting as .FBX imports uv data for me into XSI. Sorry, I dont own Maya to test.

A question to someone who knows .. Whats the best file format for exporting to Maya??

I wrote some Maya plugins for loading LXO files directly. You can find the link here.
Support multiple UVs, sets, basic lights, etc.
