Photoshop window background color

Hello

If you mean the grey background, you set the Foreground color to what you want to change, chose Paint Bucket Tool (G), hold Shift and click on the grey background. Voila

This works in Full Screen Mode (and) with Toolbar (hit F 1 or 2 times). I don't think is posible in Standard Screen Mode
